Tell us about My Chosen Alpha. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F2SLWW8X My Chosen Alpha is book 1 in my new werewolf romance series, and I'm really excited about it! The premise for the series popped into my head when I was watching the movie Werewolves. As interesting as the movie was, I couldn't help wondering what had happened on that first night that the werewolves changed. That was quickly followed by questions like, "What if the werewolves could be changed back to human?" and "What if they changed for a good cause?". Share a favorite line. With my heart racing, I pushed Daya out of her seat and grabbed Todd’s hand. I yelped when the fractured window slammed into the seat I’d just left. Large clawed, hairy hands gripped the opening – trying to pry it loose. The metal groaned but thankfully didn’t give. David’s eyes shone when he met my terrified gaze. “Mate,” he said again. “Is he talking about me?” I whispered. The yearning in the werewolf’s dark eyes answered my question before Todd did. What was your favorite book as a child? I remember really loving Nancy Drew books! What is something you've learned along the way that might have changed how you wrote your first book? I would have been more intentional about my branding and series planning from the outset. Sure, you can always improve and change things as you learn them but marketing is a lot easier when you have a plan from the get-go. What is something you'd like readers to know about you as a person? I'm a huge animal lover and cats, in particular, gravitate towards me! I have two officially adopted cat babies and another three who have decided to stick around for now. How do you get past writer's block or being "stuck"? I usually work on more than one project at a time so I usually work on something else of the words aren't flowing. Sometimes, though, the words aren't flowing because something is wrong with what I've written. This is especially likely because I'm more of a pantser than a plotter! If that happens, I read the story from the beginning and change what's causing my brain to get stuck on the story. What are you working on right now? I just finished wring book 2 of the Their Alpha Mates series so it's time for editing! When is your next book coming out? Book 2 of Their Alpha Mates will be released on June 17th! It's on preorder at: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F91VZ67K. My Dominant Alpha: Rhena thinks she's ready for a werewolf mate's bond, but she doesn't know it's going to fully awaken her inner submissive.
